Prayer:
Dear Jesus, please increase my faith as I meditate on Your power and presence. 🙏

The prophet Jonah couldn’t fathom this either. When Jonah finally obeyed God’s call to preach repentance to the city of Nineveh, the capital of the brutal Assyrian Empire that had oppressed his native Israel, he didn’t want God to forgive them. But the city did repent, and when God didn’t destroy them, Jonah was angry. God provided shelter for Jonah through a fast-growing plant but then took his shade away, which angered him all the more. Jonah complained, but God responded, “You have been concerned about this plant . . . . And should I not have concern for the great city of Nineveh, in which there are more than a hundred and twenty thousand people?” (Jonah 4:10-11).

Reflection:
How does it comfort you to know God cares for you? How will you respond to His love?

Prayer:
Loving God, thank You for coming to save me. Please help me to love others like You.🙏

In 2 Chronicles 20:18, we see Jehoshaphat's immediate reaction to the prophetic assurance-he led his people in worship, literally falling before God in gratitude. This communal act of recognizing God's sovereignty underscores a powerful biblical principle: trust in God leads to victory.

Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, also faced a battle—not with pain but with threatening enemies (2 Chronicles 20:1-2). The king was “terrified by this news and begged the Lord for guidance” (v. 3 nlt). All the people of Judah sought “help from the Lord” as well (v. 4). God heard their prayers, and His Spirit came upon a Levite named Jahaziel, who delivered this comforting message to the king: “Do not be afraid or discouraged . . . . The Lord will be with you” (vv. 15, 17). Jehoshaphat “bowed down with his face to the ground,” and everyone “fell down in worship before the Lord” (v. 18).

How has God comforted you as you prayed to Him? What painful thing will you bring to Him today?

Prayer: Loving God, thank You for meeting and comforting me as I pray to You.🙏

Romans 12:13 is a biblical verse that encourages believers to practice hospitality" (NIV).
It emphasizes the importance of helping other Christians financially and emotionally, and being welcoming to strangers and visitors within the community.
This involves more than just giving money; it includes sharing what God has given you—your home, time, and gifts—for the benefit of others.

Paul instructed the church members living in Rome to follow (Romans 12). He encouraged them in many ways, including to love sincerely, to be devoted to one another in love, to honor others, and to share with those in need (vv. 9-13). Paul taught them doctrine throughout his letter. But he also shared that life in Christ isn’t abstract theology—it’s shown in our practical daily living (chs. 12-16). God’s way is love. Receiving and then pouring out His love on others is one of many ways to express His love for us.

Who needs your help this week? What will you do?

Prayer: You’re kind beyond measure, God. Please help me to receive and give Your love to those around me. 🙏

Psalm 119:176 is a prayer expressing a sense of having strayed like a lost sheep, while also affirming a commitment to God's commandments, and pleading for God to "seek" or find the psalmist and bring them back. It highlights human frailty and the need for God's help, even when one has not completely forgotten God's teachings.

Gracious God, I recognize that I’m often like a lost sheep-easily distracted and led astray. Please bring me back to Your side.🙏

In his letter to the early believers in Jesus, the apostle John talked about choosing to walk in a different kind of darkness. First John 1:6 refers to sin as “darkness.” Walking in darkness isn’t a momentary lapse but a choice to keep engaging in wrongdoing. John reminds us that our holy God “is light” and “in him there is no darkness” (v. 5). So when we claim a relationship with Him yet willfully continue sinning, “we lie and do not live out the truth” (v. 6). Jesus, the light of the world, came so that “whoever follows [Him] will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12).

This verse emphasizes that true spiritual fellowship with God is incompatible with a life lived in sin or "darkness," meaning an unrighteous lifestyle. Claiming a relationship with God while simultaneously engaging in sinful behavior is considered a lie, as it contradicts the truth and God's character.

Thank You, God, for Your forgiveness and help. Please enable me to walk in Your light.🙏

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE

FACTS:

Our body has a capacity to protect itself and heal, provided it has a complete nutrients to function well. But nowadays since lots of factors affect our body to make us sick (like processed foods, stress, air & water pollutant, unhealthy lifestyle, chemical pollutant, medication side effects) we are not able to supply our body with enough nutrients needed.

So we need a food supplement with the highest level of nutrients to regain our body and to fight all the free radicals and to boost our immune system so not to make us sick and free from any chronic diseases.

And good news! According to Dr. Yoshihide Hagiwara, Scientist from Japan, over 13 years of his studies, out of 200 plant foods, BARLEY s recognized by science as the most nutritious of all plant foods, containing a broad spectrum of essential Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, Enzyme plus, Chlorophyll, phytonutrients and phytochemicals that our bodies require for the proper functioning of organs and immune system. WOW!!!
