It’s been a while since I’ve packed my hiking bag with nothing but floating plans and a restless heart, letting the road decide where to take me. This spontaneous trip up north reminded me again how good it feels to get lost in unfamiliar places that my mountain legs used to go, to breathe mountain air again, and to find a bit of myself back on the trails. 🍃

From Manila, hop on a bus bound for Batangas Port, Batangas City, or Lucena Port in Quezon. Jam Liner, Jac Liner, DLTB, and Alps are the common bus transportation companies that offer this route. You can check their terminals in Cubao, Buendia, and PITX.

📍 From Batangas Port, secure a ferry ticket to Odiongan. Montenegro, Starlite, and 2Go Travel are the main shipping lines that usually have trips going to Odiongan. You may also purchase your ticket online via 2Go Travel or Starlite’s Chelsea Travel websites. The schedule details will be available on their booking websites.

📍 From Lucena, Quezon, Purchase a ferry ticket at Dalahican Port to San Agustin, Romblon. From San Agustin, take a van to Odiongan.
📍 From Romblon, Romblon Port, secure a ticket going to San Agustin. You can travel via pump boat, Starhorse, or Montenegro Ferries. Take a van to Odiongan.

Upon arriving at Odiongan Port or Terminal, visitors can take a tricycle directly to Binucot Beach in Ferrol. For a more convenient option, you may also arrange a private car transfer in advance through your chosen resort. Adventurous visitors may also rent a motorcycle in Odiongan and enjoy a scenic ride to the Binucot Beach.
