Here are some tips on how to avoid having too many tabs open in your brain at night:

1. "Brain Shutdown Mode": Just like your laptop, hit the shutdown button on your brain. Think of it as closing all those tabs one by one. Breathe in, breathe out, and let each tab fade away.

2. "Note It, Forget It": Keep a notepad by your bed. Jot down whatever's buzzing in your mind, then tell yourself, "Noted, now sleep mode activated."

3. "Dream Playlist": Create a playlist of calming tunes or white noise. Let the music close those tabs and transport you to dreamland.

4. "Storytime for Adults": Read a book before bed. Let the story take over, pushing your thoughts to the background.

5. "Mind Vacation": Picture a relaxing scene, like a beach or a quiet forest. Escape to your happy place and leave those tabs behind.
