Auditions for aspiring Radiobroadcasting (RB) members will now begin at 4 p.m. onwards, instead of the previously scheduled 5:00–6:00 p.m. Venue remains Palay Room 2. See you there, Prawners! 🦐✨

The Islander Prawn is opening the floor for this year’s Radiobroadcasting Team. This is for those who speak with weight, who write like it costs something. For the ones who carry stories in their throat, and for those still learning how sound can hold truth.

The Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) season has arrived in the Division of Palawan with the theme, “Forging Futures: Journalism as a Catalyst for Resilliency, Excellency, and Global Citizenship.”

Campus journalists from The Islander Prawn of Roxas National Comprehensive High School (RNCHS) successfully passed through the second phase of the contest.

This was participated by journalists of the group category (Collaborative Desktop Publishing, Online Publishing, Radio Broadcasting) and Photojournalism. Onsite at City State Asturias, Puerto Princesa City; April 22-23, 2024.

The Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) season has arrived in the Division of Palawan! Achieving a MATATAG society through 21st Campus Journalism.

Campus journalists from The Islander Prawn of Roxas National Comprehensive High School (RNCHS) successfully passed through the first phase of the contest. This was participated by individual journalists in their respective categories; implemented online on this day April 12, 2023.

The second phase for the onsite contests to be followed on April 22-23, 2024 in Puerto Princesa City.
