hotshot is what people call someone whom they typically find cool pero in this context, it’s a girl he admires.

vertigo means means dizziness or a sense or disorientation. This line explains that yung babae is nasa utak niya buong araw. Now, bakit ba vertigo? Kasi nga may pickup lines mga Americans na;
