The Little Light That Shined is a gentle Bible story inspired by Jesus’ words, “You are the light of the world.”

In this story, Jesus sits with children and teaches them about a small lamp. Though the lamp is tiny, its light shines brightly when it is not hidden. Jesus explains that in the same way, kindness, love, and caring hearts can light up the world.

As the children listen, they learn that being kind—sharing food, helping a friend, comforting someone who is sad, and caring for others—allows God’s light to shine through them. Each small act of love becomes a bright light in the darkness.

The story ends peacefully, reminding children that no one is too small to make a difference. When they choose kindness, their light shines wherever they go.

This bedtime story encourages:
✨ Kindness
✨ Helping others
✨ Love in action
✨ Faith through simple choices

Even a little light can shine brightly.
