Grounded in their research on unreported cyberbullying among adolescents in San Agustin, Romblon, Mr. Rufon leads this initiative with the goal of transforming awareness into action. Through Youth Development Sessions, family-centered learning, and community partnerships, he champions safe digital spaces where every young person feels protected and empowered.

With dedication and heart, he stands at the forefront of this advocacy—guiding, educating, and building a stronger, more resilient community.

We are proud to feature our second esteemed resource speaker for tomorrow’s crucial Youth Development Session under Project SHIELD!

Prepare to learn the crucial facts with Ms. Mary Ann M. Gallos, MSCJ, Certified Criminalistic Specialist in Cyber Forensics and ICJE Faculty. She will be leading the session on:

📌 TOPIC 2: Digital Defense 101: Safe Online Behavior, Reporting Procedures, and the Legal Consequences of Cyberbullying.

In this session, Ms. Gallos will equip our youth with practical, actionable knowledge on how to protect their digital space, what steps to take when facing online threats, and the legal framework that protects them (RA 10175, RA 10627). This knowledge is essential to turn silence into safety!
