Enjoining all institutions affected by this order to adopt alternative modes of learning if necessary.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT | AMENDED VOTER REGISTRATION SCHEDULE
🗓️ August 1–10, 2025
📍 City Mall San Carlos City,

Please be informed that the voter registration schedule has been amended. Pursuant to COMELEC Resolution No. 11155, voter registration will now be conducted from August 1 to 10, 2025.

The following applications will be accepted:
☑ Registration
☑ Change/correction of Entries in the Registration Records
☑ Reactivation of Registration Records
☑ Inclusion of Registration Records and Reinstatement of Name in the List of Voters
☑ Updating of Records of PWD, Senior Citizen, and members of IP and ICC

The following Valid Identification Documents accepted:

☑ National identification (id) card under the Philippine identification system (philsys);
☑ Postal id card;
☑ Person with disabilities id card;
☑ Student’s id card and library card, signed by the school authority;
☑ Senior citizen’s id card;
☑ LTO driver’s license/student permit;
☑ NBI clearance;
☑ Philippine passport;
☑ SSS/GSIS or other UMID id card;
☑ Integrated bar of the Philippines (IBP) id card;
☑ License issued by the professional regulatory commission (prc);
☑ Certificate of confirmation issued by the national commission on indigenous peoples (NCIP) of members of ICC's or Ip's; and
☑ Any other government issued valid IDs except Barangay ID

Registration hours will be from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

An order suspending face to face classes in both public and private schools in PRE SCHOOL TO SENIOR HIGHSCHOOL within the territorial jurisdiction of San Carlos City due to the expected forecast of inclement weather caused by heightened “Habagat” and the impending rise of level of floodwater due to the recent released of water from San Roque Dam and enjoining all institutions affected by this order to adopt alternative modes of learning if necessary.

NOTICE ON DAM DISCHARGE WARNING OPERATION

Mamayang 4:00 ng hapon, magbubukas ang San Roque Dam ng isang gate na may taas na 0.5 metro at may inaasahang discharge na 65 cubic meters per second (cms). Pinapayuhan ang mga lokal na pamahalaan (LGUs) na malapit sa Agno River na maging handa sa posibleng pagtaas ng lebel ng tubig at magsagawa ng Pre-Emptive Evacuation kung kinakailangan.

Ang pagbubukas o pre-release ng tubig mula sa dam ay isang precautionary measure upang maiwasan ang patuloy na pagtaas ng San Roque Dam Level.

Tandaan na palaging mas mainam ang maging preparado.

An order suspending face to face classes in both public and private schools in ALL LEVELS, while WORK in GOVERNMENT AGENCIES shall RESUME within the territorial jurisdiction of San Carlos City due to the expected forecast of inclement weather caused by "𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭" and enjoining all institutions affected by this order to adopt alternative modes of learning if necessary.

Ito ay sa bisa ng Executive Order No. 026E, series of 2025 na nilagdaan ng ating alkalde na si Mayor Julier Ayoy Resuello.

Attached here with is an issued memorandum from the Office of the City Mayor reiterating that the suspension of classes which includes any extra-curricular activities involving students shall also be cancelled to ensure safety and welfare of our students.

At present, most of our coverage areas are experiencing unscheduled power interruption due to a line fault along the 69kV line delivering power from NGCP Balingueo Substation to CENPELCO’s substations.

We are in constant coordination with NGCP to determine the root cause of the interruption and to expedite the restoration of power supply.
