An order suspending face to face classes in both 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 ALL LEVELS within the territorial jurisdiction of San Carlos City due to inclement weather condition caused by heightened "𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭" strengthened by "𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠" and enjoining all institutions affected by this order to adopt alternative modes of learning if necessary.

Sa rekomendasyon ng CDRRMC at pag-apruba ng CDRRMC Chairman Mayor Julier C. Resuello ay idinedeklara na kanselado ang pasok bukas sa LAHAT NG ANTAS sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan. Ito ay bilang bahagi ng pag-iingat at paghahanda sa posibleng epekto ng Bagyong Crising at Habagat. Manataling alerto at ligtas sa lahat ng oras.

Ito ay sa bisa ng Executive Order No. 027, series of 2025 na nilagdaan ng ating alkalde na si Mayor Julier Ayoy Resuello.

The Commission on Elections has rescheduled the Resumption of the System of Continuing Registration of Voters to August 1 to 10, 2025.

The following applications will be accepted:
☑ Registration
☑ Change/correction of Entries in the Registration Records
☑ Reactivation of Registration Records
☑ Inclusion of Registration Records and Reinstatement of Name in the List of Voters
☑ Updating of Records of PWD, Senior Citizen, and members of IP and ICC

Registration hours will be from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Mondays to Fridays, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, except when declared otherwise by the COMELEC.

Meanwhile, the Register Anywhere Program (RAP) shall be conducted in the National Capital Region (NCR) and select areas in Region III and Region IV-A from August 1-7, 2025.

Today’s health education activity, led by the dedicated and passionate 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐁. 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨, Health Education Promotion Officer from the 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 brought valuable knowledge and life-saving information to the forefront.

With a well-rounded discussion on 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, she emphasized the importance of responsible pet ownership, timely vaccinations, and immediate first aid after animal bites.

She then tackled the critical topic of 𝐇𝐈𝐕/𝐀𝐈𝐃𝐒 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥, empowering participants with knowledge on safe practices, testing, and reducing stigma around the disease.

For 𝐇𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, Ma'am Agnes highlighted the importance of a healthy lifestyle — balanced diet, regular exercise, and regular blood pressure monitoring — to combat this silent threat.

Lastly, she covered 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥, reminding everyone to destroy mosquito breeding sites, maintain cleanliness in surroundings, and practice protective measures at home and in the community.

Recent weather analysis over the past several days has shown the persistence of low-level southwesterly winds over the western section of Luzon and the Frontal System over Extreme Northern Luzon. With the weakening of the Easterlies, these developments indicate the beginning of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) in the Philippines – one of the precursors of the onset of the rainy season.

As the Habagat becomes more dominant, occasional to frequent rains and thunderstorms are expected, particularly over the western sections of the country. This may lead to the possible onset of the rainy season within the next two (2) weeks. Periods of monsoon breaks may also occur.

PAGASA will continue to monitor the weather situation of the country. The public and all concerned agencies are advised to take precautionary measures against the adverse impacts of the Habagat such as floods and rain-induced landslides. The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tarece proudly presents EduKarton: Trash for Kits — a back-to-school project where your boxes can help provide school supplies for students in need.
Let’s turn your boxes into tools for learning! 🎒✏️

✅ 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒:
1. Must be a bona fide youth of Barangay Tarece, aged 15–30 years old.
2. Only current students are eligible to participate.
3. Participants must bring at least 10 medium to large-sized cartons (used boxes).
4. The cartons must be collected from the surroundings or reused from household waste — not newly bought.
5. Collected cartons will be sold by SK officials to help fund future youth and environmental projects.
