TANDANG SORA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL INTRAMURALS 2026
Moving Together, Growing Stronger!

Yesterday was a day filled with energy, excitement, teamwork, and healthy competition as the learners of Tandang Sora Elementary School came together for our School Intramurals 2026!

More than just winning medals and trophies, the Intramurals gave our learners an opportunity to develop sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and camaraderie. Every game, cheer, and effort showed the true spirit of being a Tandang Sora learner!

Adding more fun and purpose to the celebration was our Nestlé Wellness Activity, which promoted the importance of healthy choices, active lifestyles, proper nutrition, and overall well-being among our learners and the school community.

The activity reminded everyone that being healthy is not only about being physically active—it is also about making better choices for our body and mind.

From the playing field to our wellness activities, yesterday truly showed that a healthy learner is a happy, active, and empowered learner!

Congratulations to all our learners, teachers, parents, and everyone who made this year's School Intramurals a meaningful and memorable event!

A Memorable Homecoming of Inspiration at Tandang Sora Elementary School

July 6, 2026, Tandang Sora Elementary School was honored and inspired by the special visit of Ms. Cydel Gabutero, one of San Carlos City's homegrown talents whose achievements continue to bring pride to our community.

The visit began at the Schools Division Office of San Carlos City, followed by a meaningful tour of SPA 4 – Gabutero, the section proudly named in her honor as a tribute to outstanding local artists who have made a mark through their passion, dedication, and excellence. Ms. Gabutero then visited SPA 5 – Synergy, where she interacted with learners and encouraged them to continue nurturing their artistic gifts. The visit concluded with a warm welcome from the learners of Grade 6 – Moses, making the day even more memorable.

Seeing the person behind the name of SPA 4 – Gabutero was truly an unforgettable experience for our learners. Her journey reminds every young artist that dreams can become reality through perseverance, creativity, humility, and hard work. As we continue to honor the remarkable talents of San Carlos City, may this encounter inspire our learners to pursue excellence and become the next generation of artists who will make our city proud.

The celebration was marked by a warm, meaningful, and fellowship-filled gathering, where participants enjoyed a simple yet hearty and joyfully shared meal, strengthening camaraderie and reaffirming our collective commitment to service and excellence in education. This memorable occasion reflected not only gratitude for the school’s enduring legacy but also deep respect for the life and patriotism of Tandang Sora, whose courage continues to inspire generations.
