Today, our Special Program in the Arts (Grades 4 to 6) pupils felt a spark of inspiration as we welcomed the ever-talented Ms. Cydel Gabutero to Tandang Sora Elementary School. 🎢✨

Your visit was more than just a courtesy call β€” it was a gift of hope, encouragement, and belief in the power of dreams. Seeing you, hearing your story, and feeling your kindness reminded our young artists that their passion matters and that their dreams are worth chasing. 🌟

Today a Program was Held Here at the San Carlos City Rizal Square June 12, 2025 as To The Commemoration of the 127th Philippine Independence, With the theme "Kalayaan, kinabukasan, kasaysayan", Which took place From 8am to 9am, Joining The Events are the City Officials, PNP, BFP, PCG SCC, VETERANS, TEACHERS, DIVISION PERSONELS, BSP AND GSP. Together We Say, MABUHAY ANG PILIPINAS, MABUHAY ANG KASAYSAYAN, MABUHAY ANG KINABUKASAN NG ATING MUNDO,

Celebrating 4 Years of the Special Program in the Arts at TSES!

It has been four remarkable years since the Special Program in the Arts (SPA) was launched at TSES. We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported this unique program, one that nurtures learners’ talents, provides real-world artistic exposure, and instills a genuine love for the performing arts.

We take pride in being the FIRST SPA in the entire province of Negros Occidental, and in our consistent recognition as Regional Finalist in the prestigious CIRCLE Awards. These accomplishments reflect the passion, hard work, and excellence of our learners and mentors.

We continue to produce champions, our proud SPA learners who represent the heart and spirit of the program.
