VMUF holds 𝐄𝐎𝐌𝐒 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

A total of 195, including Deans, Department heads, and faculty members of VMUF, attended the Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) Orientation at the CPG Hall last September 12, 2025.

The orientation featured video lectures on key aspects of the system.

𝗜𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗼 of the College of Pharmacy provided a lecture on the fundamentals of ISO 21001:2018 and outlined the shared duties of employees and students. He introduced the acronym "𝗩𝗠𝗨𝗙 𝗗𝗔 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧". 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, discussed the Core Process and Compliance Requirements of EOMS, noting that the university currently has 46 key processes and 237 procedures. While, 𝗞𝗮𝘆𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘂𝗮 of the same department, shared a topic about Being Audit Ready - Practical Do's and Don'ts.

Among the attendees were VMUF President, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮. 𝗟𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗣. 𝗝𝘂𝗮𝗻, and Vice President for Administration, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗼 𝗕. 𝗝𝘂𝗮𝗻. The event was led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗚. 𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Educational Organizational Management Representative, along with the EOMS Core Team.

The nursing students of VMUF College of Nursing marked an important milestone through their Capping, Pinning, and Candle Lighting Ceremony on September 5, 2025, at the VMUF Event Center.

Guest of honor Adrian Joseph De Guzman, RN, MD, FPCP delivered an inspiring message that emphasized compassion, dedication, and service in the nursing profession.

The solemn Mass that opened the ceremony was presided over by Rev. Fr. Mark Jayson Pascua, University Chaplain.

The VMUF College of Business Administration and Accountancy successfully conducted the three-day CBAA Week from September 3 to 5, 2025, at the VMUF campus.

The event featured academic competitions, a food and trade fair, and recreational activities that highlighted the skills, talents, and camaraderie of CBAA students.

Liwayway dawns over The Virginian x CSL Collaboration for Buwan ng Wika 2025

Lead pencils and graphic pens set ablaze for literature and artistry as representatives from various programs and SHS students participate in Buwan ng Wika 2025 with the theme “Liwayway: Maalab na Gunita sa Bawat Estilo’t Likha na Nagbibigay-Sigla sa Wikang Filipino.” held at the VMUF Centrum Social Hall on September 4, 2025.

The event consists of three categories namely Filipino Poem-Writing, Traditional Literary Graphics, and Digital Literary Graphics.

480 blood bags were collected in Project Medical and other sectors such as health sciences, arts, culture, and religion, research and development, technology and innovation, information and education , and natural resources and the environment (M.A.R. T. I. N) Pledge ‘25 Campaign and Mass Blood Donation organized by the VMUF College Red Cross Youth Council, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross Pangasinan Chapter - San Carlos City Branch, in coordination with VMUF Research, Innovation and Community Extension Office and VMUF Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs on August 27, 2025 in front of the BSBA Building.
