“When everyone laughed at my shoes
I was already dreaming of selling millions.” đŸ„żđŸš€

Back in the early 2000s, my partners Scott Seamans, George Boedecker, and I stumbled upon Croslite—a quirky, feather-light resin that felt like walking on clouds. People called it “ugly” and swore no one in their right mind would wear plastic shoes with holes. But for us, comfort always trumped conventional wisdom.

We took our oddball prototypes to trade shows and boat expos. Sure, some retailers canceled orders, convinced nobody would buy them. Still, we went straight to the end user—and sold out at our very first nautical event. Once people slipped them on, they never wanted to wear anything else. That was the moment everything pivoted.

In under three years, Crocs went from a wild experiment to a global phenomenon. We hit rough patches—fashion trends shifted, sales dipped, and critics wrote us off as “uncool.” But we stood our ground, because true style isn’t about fitting in—it’s about daring to be different until that difference becomes essential.

Today, you’ll find Crocs on runways, in hospitals, at schools
and yes, even on red carpets. 🌍👟

“Never underestimate an idea by its shape. Sometimes what looks ugly on the outside
is the very thing that carries you the furthest on your journey.”
– George Boedecker, Co-founder of Crocs

Some will say it’s fake. True story.
Four years ago, I had under 2,000 subscribers.

Now? Millions follow me. That's not me bragging but more to show you what's possible.
It looks impossible... until you realize I just didn’t quit.

No hacks. No secrets. Just doing the boring stuff for a long time.
Most just stop before it gets interesting. Everyone starts at zero. Keep on âœŠđŸœ

"The 12 Secrets the Rich Don’t Want You to Know"

We live in a world designed by the rich, for the rich. Everything from the media you consume to the advice you’re given is carefully curated to keep you trapped in the rat race while they soar higher. It’s time to pull back the curtain and uncover the truths the wealthy don’t want you to know. Brace yourself, because what you’re about to learn may shatter every illusion you’ve been sold.

The first secret is that hard work alone won’t make you rich. Yes, they encourage you to hustle and grind, but they know the truth: the path to wealth lies in leverage, not labor. While you’re breaking your back working overtime, they’re using other people’s time, money, and skills to build empires.

Second, they want you to believe money is evil. The more you associate wealth with greed and corruption, the less likely you are to pursue it unapologetically. Meanwhile, they know that money is simply a tool—a powerful one that can amplify your impact if used wisely.

Third, savings won’t make you rich. They push the “save and invest in a mutual fund” narrative, but they don’t follow it themselves. They invest in high-risk, high-reward opportunities: startups, real estate, stocks, and businesses that multiply their wealth exponentially.

Fourth, the school system is a trap. They fund educational systems that teach you to be obedient employees, not critical thinkers or risk-takers. You’re taught to work for money, while they learn to make money work for them.

Fifth, tax laws are written for the wealthy. They know the loopholes, the incentives, and the strategies to legally avoid taxes, while you’re stuck paying a significant chunk of your income. Wealthy people own assets, not salaries, and assets are taxed differently.

Sixth, debt is a weapon—but only if you know how to wield it. They want you to fear debt, but the rich use it as a tool to acquire more wealth. They leverage other people’s money (OPM) to buy assets that generate cash flow and pay off the debt themselves.

Seventh, your consumerism funds their lifestyle. Every time you buy a new gadget, trendy clothes, or overpriced coffee, you’re putting money directly into their pockets. Meanwhile, they’re investing in assets that appreciate over time.

Eighth, connections matter more than talent. They don’t want you to know that access to the right people will open more doors than any degree or skillset. They build exclusive networks that perpetuate their wealth and keep outsiders at bay.

Ninth, time is their most valuable asset. They don’t waste it on distractions or meaningless tasks. They hire people to do what they can’t or won’t do, freeing up their time to focus on wealth-building strategies.

Tenth, the stock market is rigged in their favor. While you’re hoping your portfolio grows steadily, they have insider information, access to high-frequency trading, and the capital to manipulate markets to their advantage.

Eleventh, failure is their greatest teacher. They embrace setbacks as learning experiences and take calculated risks without fear. You’ve been taught to play it safe, but the rich know that big rewards require bold moves.

Finally, they thrive on your ignorance. The less you know about money, investing, and business, the more they can exploit your labor, time, and consumer habits to enrich themselves.

So what’s the takeaway, men? Stop playing the game they’ve rigged against you. Educate yourself about money, learn to think like an investor, and prioritize ownership over consumption. Break free from the chains of mediocrity, and start building your own empire. It’s time to outsmart the system and claim the wealth and power they don’t want you to have.

VULTURE: THE DIRTY, UGLY BIRD THAT SAVES THE WORLD

In Nigeria, if a vulture lands on your roof?

People gather.
They point.
They hiss.
They shout, “Ayeee! Evil has landed!”😂

Some will even call native doctor.
Others will fast and pray.

Why?

Because someone’s uncle once said vultures are messengers of death.
Even nollywood demonize vultures.

But what if I told you
.

That the same bird we fear

The same one we call dirty and demonic

Is the reason we haven’t all died from disease?

Stay with me.

Let’s meet the misunderstood janitor of the wild:

✅ VULTURES EAT DEAD THINGS
AND THAT’S WHAT KEEPS US ALIVE.

They eat carcasses.

Rotten meat.
Decaying animals.
The things no other animal touches.

But what if they didn’t?

If vultures disappeared today—
Diseases like anthrax, rabies, and botulism would rise.

Because that goat that died by the roadside?
Flies will feed.
Maggots will grow.
Bacteria will multiply.

And before you know it?

Death will enter the food chain.
It will enter the air.
It will enter us.

But vultures step in

No complaint.
No applause.

They eat the death so that we can live.

Lesson?
Sometimes, your calling will take you to dirty places.
Unseen. Uncelebrated.
But if you don’t do it, the world will rot.

Not every hero wears perfume.
Some carry a stink
 so others can smell nice.😁

✅ VULTURE STOMACHS CAN KILL CHOLERA.

Their digestive system is so acidic, It can dissolve bacteria that would kill humans instantly.

They turn poison into peace.

Lesson?
Not everything that enters your life is meant to destroy you.

Some people have developed spiritual stomachs—
That turn betrayal into wisdom.
Pain into purpose.
Loss into leadership.

Your hardship is not your handicap.
It may be your hidden healing power.

✅ VULTURES ARE LOYAL.

They mate for life.

One partner.
One mission.
One commitment.

Even when that partner dies—
They don’t just “move on” like nothing happened.

They mourn.
They isolate.
They grieve.

They understand what it means to love deeply.

Lesson?
Loyalty is not old school.
It is rare. Sacred. Needed.

In a world of situationships and betrayals—
Be the one who stays true.
Be the one who loves with honor.

✅ VULTURES FLY WITHOUT FLAPPING.

They have one of the largest wingspans in the sky.
Yet they rarely flap their wings.
They ride the wind.

While other birds are sweating with every flap

The vulture glides.

Majestic.
Patient.
Effortless.

Lesson?
You don’t have to hustle like a headless chicken.

You can study your season.
Catch the current.
And rise with grace.

Movement is not always progress.
Learn to wait for your wind.

✅ VULTURES HAVE NO VOICE.

Yes.
They can’t sing.
They can’t chirp.

They make hisses and grunts. That’s all.

In a world where parrots and nightingales get all the attention

The vulture thrives in silence.

Lesson?
You don’t have to be loud to be legendary.
Let your work speak.
Let your results roar.
Let your impact echo long after you’ve left the room.

✅ VULTURES DON’T KILL, THEY RESTORE.

They don’t hunt.

They wait for what has died.
Then they clean it up.

Nature’s final responders.

While lions roar and eagles hunt—
Vultures restore balance.

Lesson?
You don’t have to be aggressive to be effective.

Some of us are not fighters.
We are healers.
We are restorers.
We are the ones that enter after the damage—
And pick up the pieces.

And that role?
Is just as sacred.

✅ IN HINDU AND BUDDHIST CULTURE, VULTURES ARE SACRED.

In Tibet, vultures are part of “sky burials.”

When someone dies, the body is offered to vultures
A sacred act of returning to nature.

They believe the vulture lifts the soul to heaven.

But in our own land?
We stone the bird that others respect.

Lesson?
Respect is not always universal.
But that doesn’t mean you are worthless.

Even if your own people insult you—
It may just mean
 they don’t understand your purpose.

Don’t reduce yourself to match their ignorance.

✅ VULTURES ARE DISAPPEARING
 AND IT’S A GLOBAL EMERGENCY.

Electrocution. Habitat loss.
Vultures are dying in large numbers.

And scientists are crying.

Because they know:
If vultures go extinct?

Disease will rise.
The earth will suffer.

Lesson?
The people we ignore today—
Might be the very people holding our lives together.

Honor your cleaner.
Respect the elderly.
Value the quiet people who serve without reward.

Sometimes, the survival of many

Hangs on the strength of the few.

SO, WHAT CAN YOU LEARN FROM THE VULTURE?

✅ Being misunderstood doesn’t make you evil.
It may just mean your purpose is higher than public opinion.

✅ Some blessings smell bad at first.
But if you can look deeper, they might just be your saving grace.

✅ Do the dirty work.
The world doesn’t need more perfect people. It needs more courageous cleaners.

✅ Wait for your wind.
Stop flapping. Stop forcing. Learn the rhythm of grace.

✅ Loyalty is still gold to one partner.
One vision. One calling.
Stay true.

✅ You don’t need to be loud.
Let your silence shake the world.

✅ Give people their flowers before they disappear.
The vulture may be ugly. But it’s one of earth’s last defenders.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

Next time you see a vulture?

Don’t scream.
Pause.

And whisper, “Thank you.”

Because that dirty, ugly bird on the roof?
It is just the quiet guardian of your world.

You too may be a vulture.

Silently doing the work that keeps others alive.
Cleaning messes that others won’t touch.
Healing wounds that others can’t see.

And yes—
People may mock you now.

But one day

When the air smells sweeter

And the sickness is gone

They will look back and realize:

It was your wings that saved them.

So rise.

Even if they don’t clap.
Even if they misunderstand.

Rise anyway.

Because the world doesn’t need more noise.

It needs more vultures.
Those that do the unseen work, to save the world.

If this touched something deep in you—
Share your thoughts with us:

Have you ever been misunderstood for doing good?

Have you ever played a “dirty” role that nobody respected, yet it was the very thing that held things together?

Let’s talk in the comments.

Because maybe

You too are a vulture.

And the world is better because of it.

Share this post if you got value.

"For a barefoot man, happiness is a pair of shoes.

For a man who wears old shoes, it is a new pair of shoes.

For a man who has new shoes, it is a more beautiful pair of shoes.

And certainly, the man who has no feet would be happy to walk barefoot.

Measure happiness by what you have, not by what you lack."

4. There is greater reasoning capacity.
5? Improved mood.

QUESTIONS THAT MIGHT HELP CLEANSING:
- Why am I saving that?
- Is it about me today?
- How will I feel if I release that?

Separate and classify:
1. To donate.
2. To throw.
3. To sell.

INSIDE CLEANING REFLECTED OUTSIDE.
1. Avoid extreme noises.
2. Less strong lights.
3. Less saturated colors.

Blessed be for you always

Stop Taking Loans to Live a Life You Can’t Afford

Borrowing money to look rich or keep up appearances will only hurt your future.

- Don’t take a loan for a car you can’t afford.
- Don’t borrow for rent you can’t maintain.
- Don’t try to impress people with money you don’t have.
- And ladies—never borrow money for a boyfriend.

Loans should be for smart investments—things that help you grow, not things that drain your wallet.

**Live wisely:**

- Spend less than you earn.
- Wear what fits your budget.
- Drive a car you can maintain.
- Use a phone you can afford.
- Shop within your means.
- Live in a place you can comfortably pay for.
- Send your kids to schools you can sustain.

Debt is a trap. It brings stress, sleepless nights, and broken dreams.

Start small. Earn more. Grow what you have. Be smart, be patient, and build your life—without fake wealth or unnecessary loans.
