We regret to inform you that there is a temporary service interruption affecting FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) subscribers, in Purok 1, West Dirita - San Antonio. This is due to a fiber break caused by tree cutting activities that accidentally hit our lines. 🌳

Our technical team is already on-site and working hard to restore the connection as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. 🙏
