TURNOVER OF EXCESS QUALIFIED MALE APPLICANTS TO PRSU-NCR

On September 1, 2026, PCOL RICHARD B. ALBON, Chief, RRSU1, formally turned over the excess male qualified applicants of RRSU1 to the PNP Recruitment and Selection Unit–National Capital Region (PRSU-NCR).

The applicants were received and accepted by PCOL ARNEL D. DE JESUS, Chief, PRSU-NCR. The turnover aims to maximize the utilization of qualified applicants by filling the required recruitment quota of the said Unit.

This initiative underscores the commitment of the Philippine National Police to ensuring a fair, efficient, and systematic recruitment process while providing qualified applicants the opportunity to continue their journey toward becoming members of the police service.

Tayo po ay lubos na natutuwa at nagagalak dahil isa na namang Ka Aspire ang ating nabigyan ng inspirasyon upang mas mapalapit sa pagkamit ng kanyang pangarap.

Isang pangarap na kaakibat ng bawat panalangin, pagsisikap, sakripisyo, at hangarin ng kanyang mga mahal sa buhay. Nawa’y magsilbi itong inspirasyon at maging hudyat upang mas marami pang kabataan ang mahikayat na magsikap, mangarap, at abutin ang kanilang mga mithiin.

Hindi lamang sa Kapulisan, kundi maging sa iba’t ibang sangay ng ating pamahalaan at sa anumang larangan ng paglilingkod sa bayan.

Sama-sama nating suportahan at gabayan ang ating mga kabataan tungo sa kanilang mga pangarap. Sapagkat ang bawat pangarap na natutupad ay hindi lamang tagumpay ng isang tao, kundi tagumpay din ng kanyang pamilya at ng buong bayan.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS FOR APPOINTMENT AS PATROLMAN/PATROLWOMAN
CY 2026 ATTRITION AND REGULAR RECRUITMENT PROGRAM

The Regional Recruitment and Selection Unit 1 (RRSU1) hereby announces the list of successful applicants who have satisfactorily completed the prescribed recruitment and selection process and are recommended for appointment as Patrolman/Patrolwoman under the CY 2026 Attrition and Regular Recruitment Program.

The results are based on the recommendations of the PRO1 Recruitment Screening Committee and the approval of the Regional Director, as the Appointing Authority.

The successful applicants are hereby advised to comply with all remaining documentary requirements and other requirements prescribed for the processing and issuance of their respective appointments.

PRO1 CONDUCTS FINAL COMMITTEE INTERVIEW FOR QUALIFIED PATROLMAN/PATROLMAN APPLICANTS

The Police Regional Office 1 (PRO1) successfully conducted the Final Committee Interview for qualified applicants for the Regular and Attrition Quota for Patrolman/Patrolwoman on August 25–26, 2026, held at the PRO1 Lakan Building.

The recruitment activity was spearheaded by the PRO1 Recruitment Screening Committee, chaired by PBGEN CHRISTOPHER T. ACOP, DRDA, with the Regional Recruitment and Selection Unit 1 (RRSU1) team, led by PCOL RICHARD B. ALBON, Chief, serves as the Secretariat of the recruitment process.

The Final Committee Interview forms an integral part of the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that qualified applicants are assessed fairly and thoroughly based on the established standards and requirements for entry into the Philippine National Police (PNP).

PRO1 remains committed to upholding integrity, transparency, fairness, and merit-based selection in the recruitment of qualified individuals who aspire to serve the Filipino people and contribute to maintaining peace and order in the community.

PRO1 3rd Recruitment Screening Committee Meeting

The PRO1 3rd Recruitment Screening Committee Meeting was held on August 24, 2026 at the PRO1 Conference Room, chaired by PBGEN CHRISTOPHER T. ACOP, DRDA.

The meeting was physically attended by Members/Representatives from the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and the C, RID, while Members/Representatives from CHED-RO1 and the Women’s Representative participated virtually.

The meeting focused on the latest recruitment updates and the establishment of parameters and guidelines for the Final Committee Interview of qualified applicants for both the Attrition and Regular Quotas.

The meeting underscores PRO1’s commitment to ensuring a fair, transparent, merit-based, and systematic recruitment process, in pursuit of selecting highly qualified individuals who will become part of the Philippine National Police.

“Ilang beses ka rin sumubok bago mo tuluyang nakamit ang iyong pangarap?” 💙👮‍♂️

May mga pangarap na hindi agad-agad nakakamit. Minsan, ilang beses tayong nadadapa, nabibigo, at napipilitang magsimula muli. Ngunit ang tunay na tagumpay ay hindi nasusukat sa dami ng pagkabigo, kundi sa tapang na bumangon at muling sumubok.

Isang kagila-gilalas at inspirasyonal na mensahe mula sa isa sa ating mga aplikante walong (8) taon na ang nakalilipas. Sa bawat pagkakataong hindi siya pinalad sa kanyang pag-aapply sa Kapulisan, hindi niya hinayaang manaig ang panghihina ng loob.

Sa kabila ng mga pagsubok, paulit-ulit siyang sumubok. Hindi siya natibag. Hindi siya sumuko. Hanggang sa dumating ang kanyang huling pagkakataon—ang huling apply at huling edad na pasok sa qualifications para sa pagpasok sa Kapulisan.

At doon niya pinatunayan na:
“Kapag ang pangarap ay tunay na pinaniniwalaan, walang kabiguan ang sapat para tayo ay tuluyang sumuko.” 🙏

Ang kanyang kwento ay paalala sa bawat aplikante na huwag matakot mabigo. Ang rejection ay hindi nangangahulugang katapusan na ng pangarap. Maaaring ito ay bahagi lamang ng proseso upang mas maging matatag, mas handa, at mas determinado tayo sa araw na makamit natin ang minimithi.

Kung ilang beses ka nang nabigo, subok lang nang subok.
Kung ilang beses ka nang nadapa, bangon lang nang bangon.
At kung tunay na para sa iyo ang pangarap na maging bahagi ng Kapulisan, ipaglaban mo hanggang sa huling pagkakataon. 🇵🇭👮‍♀️👮‍♂️
