REMOTE EMPLOYEE (RE), A GLOBAL BPO COMPANY BASED IN PAMPANGA, IS EXPANDING ITS OPERATIONS TO THE CAPITAL CITY.
During their Year-End Party, Remote Employee CEO Ruffy Galang announced the near completion of the company’s new Capital Town offices in the City of San Fernando.
This development aims to better serve RE clients and open more job opportunities for workers from nearby communities — including those in Clark and even Manila — especially with the upcoming railway system.
Galang also shared plans for stronger partnerships with local academic institutions and the city government to provide more opportunities for those who need them most in the coming year.
The annual gathering is part of RE’s commitment to promoting work–life balance in the four-year-old BPO firm.
According to RE President Phil Dillon, employees are highly valued and well taken care of, as they are the “heart and soul” of the company.
This, he said, creates a happy workplace where people strive to achieve more — leading to very satisfied clients. Dillon also praised the strong work ethic and family-oriented culture of their Filipino workforce.
Remote Employee is grateful for its explosive growth in 2025, closing the year with more than 400 employees and targeting 600 by next year.
RE’s Year-End Party, themed “A Denim Soirée,” was held at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort — a fun, memorable celebration of the company’s achievements this year and the promising years ahead.
