Today, we joyfully celebrate the Solemnity of Our Lady of the Assumption, honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary, who was assumed body and soul into heavenly glory.

Her life stands as a testament to unwavering faith, humble obedience, and wholehearted trust in God’s will. May Mary’s example remind us to embrace His plans with courage, serve others with love, and remain faithful even amid life’s uncertainties.

𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽

Marketing Management students from the University of the Assumption (UA) brought pride to the university by representing 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝘀 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 in the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 held in 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 from 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟲 𝘁𝗼 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The team won the championship in the 23U category.

Thirteen varsity players from the Marketing Management program were part of the championship-winning team:

• Cosal, Raymart V. — MM-4B
• David, John Lloyd M. — MM-4B

The team was guided by its coaching staff, led by Head Coach John Anthony Manabat, with Aldwin John Vitug, John Adrian G. Manabat (BSHM-HM3A), and Arjiel Joseph T. Salas (BSBA MM-4B) serving as assistant coaches.

Adding to UA’s representation in the competition were Junior High School student-athletes Rome Jamiel D. Fabico of Grade 9-St. Ambrose, who was also part of the 23U championship team, and Ar-jay B. Cunanan of Grade 9-St. Gregory, who competed in the 15U category.

Their achievement marks another proud moment for the UA community and the Risk Takers. Congratulations to our student-athletes, coaches, and everyone who supported them as they represented UA and the Philippines on the international stage!
