Christ was raised from the dead by the almighty power of God and will never die again. We who have been positioned in Him through faith, will in like manner be raised from the dead - both spiritually and physically, for the Holy Spirit is the One Who gave us spiritual life when we were born again and He is the same Spirit Who will give life to our mortal bodies at the resurrection of the dead - for He is indwelling our bodies and empowering our lives.

Our mortal bodies are simply a tent in which to house our immortal spirit and eternal soul, and as part of the old creation in Adam, they remain subject to death. But the glorious truth in this verse is that we have hope in Christ - for the same Spirit which raised Him from the dead will also raise us up - spirit, soul, and body. We are a new creation in Christ, such that His death becomes our death and His Resurrection becomes our resurrection - for we are united with Him eternally, and have become one in Spirit with Him.

No matter where you are today, even if the task at hand seems impossible, trust 𝑮𝒐𝒅. He has a way of working things out exceeding abundantly above all we could ask or think, if we’ll only trust in 𝑯𝒊𝒎!

When Peter gets out of the boat and starts walking on the water toward Jesus, he noticed the storm. Then he becomes frightened and begins to sink.

The storm was there the whole time. So was the water and so was Jesus. But Peter’s faith changed and started to doubt. He took his eyes off of Jesus.

We all have those moments too, when we took our eyes off of Jesus and look around the storms in our lives and started to doubt. We forget our faith. Always remember that God is always with us. Jesus wants us to cry out for help whenever we need it, regardless of how faithful or unfaithful we have been lately. He would immediately reach His hand out to us and catch us.

Always remember to take heart and do not be afraid for God is always with us.
