A 34-year-old man was arrested after allegedly abusing an 11-year-old girl in Barangay San Nicolas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on June 2, authorities said.

Police identified the suspect as “Wil,” a resident of Barangay San Nicolas.

Investigation revealed that the victim was walking in the area at around 10 am when the suspect allegedly approached her, claimed to be acquainted with her father, and pointed what appeared to be a toy gun at her.

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) Port of Clark seized about 15,732 grams of shabu worth P64.9 million in three separate shipments.

Task force inspects collapsed building

The Angeles City Government continues its investigation into the building collapse in Barangay Balibago through the conduct of a fact-finding and investigation task force meeting and on-site inspection.

This is in accordance with Executive Order No. 026, Series of 2026, signed by City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II.

Sometime back in the mid-sixties Marlon Mansion hotel was the only tall building in Balibago, Angeles City. Then Vietnam war raged and nearby by Clark Air Base as launching pad of war matériels and GIs became exceptionally busy. This resulted into a growing demand for hotels and apartments. Over the years, slowly but surely, the city positioned itself as worthy of real estate investment.
