: In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 96 s. 2025, work in government office under the Executive branch shall be suspended starting at 1:00 PM on September 22, 2025 in observance of National Family Week and Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness or response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work in other branches of government, independent commissions or bodies, and private sector is also encouraged, so as to afford all Filipino families the full opportunity to celebrate the 33rd National Family Week.

Scheduled Power Interruption – September 13, 2025

TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:

This is to inform you that in reference to the advisory No. 2025-88 issued on September 10, 2025 regarding the scheduled power interruption on September 13, 2025, some areas were inadvertently included and omitted from the list of affected locations. Details are as follows:

ADDITIONAL AFFECTED AREAS:
Please be advised that the following areas will also experience a temporary power service interruption:

• Along National Highway from Monumento to Starbucks including De Guzman Machine Works, Uno Gas Station, Arzadon Building, Sta. Cruz Marble, Sol Eats and National Highway, City of San Fernando
• Along Pennsylvania Avenue from Monumento to Junction and from PPMC Gate to PAF/Old Wallace Station, City of San Fernando

EXCLUDED AFFECTED AREAS:
Please be advised that the following areas will no longer experience a temporary power service interruption:

• Along San Fernando Bypass Road from Highway (Monumento) to back of LTO, including Purok 2, 3, 4 and 5, Sevilla, Government Center and La Union Convention Center/Regional Blood Center Area, City of San Fernando
