AAWWRIGHTT! AWWYARNN!

🎉 INTRAMURALS 2025 🎉

Three days of sports, spirit, and straight-up school pride—Sept 25, 26 & 27 will be remembered as LEGENDARY!

✨ Day 1: The banners of Red Minokawa, Yellow Sarimanok, Blue Bakunawa, Green Gallura, and the fearless Pink Panthers took the spotlight! Yells so loud you could hear them from another barangay. Courts instantly fired up with basketball, volleyball, and table tennis. Plus, booths that gave us fun, and freebies—AWWRIGHT!

🔥 Day 2: Sports galore continued, but the highlight? The Intramurals Pageant—where beauty, brains, and confidence lit up the stage. Add a live band to shake the crowd and a Powerdance performance that had us saying, “Grabe, pa-dance contest na ‘to!”

🏆 Day 3: Championships everywhere—board games, badminton, and cheers louder than a barangay fiesta. The whole event wrapped up with memories, laughter, and school spirit that’s 100% UNSTOPPABLE.

Shoutout to everyone who made Intramurals 2025 not just fun, but “SANA ALL” levels of unforgettable. Truly, sports + unity + kulitan = AWWRIGHT! 💪💚

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒇 "𝑩𝒆𝒓 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉𝒔"

As the “ber months” arrive, the air softens with anticipation, and hearts quietly hum with warmth. Streets begin to glimmer early with running lights and simple melodies, laughter drifts from homes, and every gathering becomes a tender celebration of togetherness. It is a season where time slows just enough for Filipino families to bloom in shared stories, cozy moments, and the comforting rhythm of home.

These Christmassy months are not just a passage of time, but a quiet symphony of belonging—where joy unfolds slowly, beautifully, like the first light of dawn. Beneath golden skies, families gather not as fleeting faces but as constellations of memory and laughter. Here, joy unfurls not in grand spectacles but in the gentle warmth of clasped hands, shared meals, and whispered stories that linger long after the day ends.

In the heart of these months, laughter sparkles brighter than any light, and family ties become the gentle glow that guides our days. The season wraps us in a golden embrace, where love becomes the star that leads us home. Every smile, every quiet moment, paints a portrait of togetherness—a reminder that home is not just a place but a heartbeat alive with warmth, memory, and endless quiet joy.

The early Christmas air carries a tender glow, drawing families closer. It is a season for slowing down, for being near the ones who matter most. In its embrace, ordinary days turn into moments that shine, and ordinary moments into memories that last.

𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙈𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙀𝙊 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗'𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙡𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣-𝙪𝙥!—

𝐔𝐑𝐁𝐈𝐙𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐎, 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐚𝐧—The LEO Club of Union Christian College conducted its first activity as a newly organized club through a coastal clean-up, September 7, 2025.

Club members and advisers collected trash along the shoreline, including plastic waste and debris, as part of their weekly environmental initiative.

The activity is part of the club’s commitment to environmental preservation and community service.

According to the group, another coastal clean-up is scheduled next week as they continue their efforts to protect the coastal environment.

After the clean-up, the members also visited Mebuyan’s Vessel, an art installation in San Juan that remains a popular tourist attraction.

𝘼 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month—a time to remember those we’ve lost, to honor those silently struggling and fighting battles we may never see, and to remind us that every story matters, every voice deserves to be heard, and every life is a reason to stay.

Every year, thousands or even millions of lives are lost to su***de, yet countless others are saved by a single moment of connection—making a difference between leaving and choosing to stay. Not only that, but also finding a way to survive and a reason to remain, even in the midst of a battle. Mental health is often invisible and lacks the attention of many people. Those who carry it may feel isolated in their battles and struggle to reach out for help, which can tragically lead to su***de.

Those who are facing their very own silent battles may feel that a call for help could mean being weak, and unable to tolerate their own struggles no matter how hard it is to face. Seeking help does not make a person weak, but makes them stronger. It shows the courage and braveness they carry to speak up, and a reminder that it is okay not to be okay.

Su***de is a serious matter that needs to be seen, it is not just an individual issue but a community concern. Sometimes all it needs is a simple act of compassion that could be from a friend, a classmate, a teacher, a family member, or even from a stranger. Knowing that someone cares is enough for a person to keep holding on.

Su***de Prevention Awareness Month is a reminder that a simple action could be a reason to hold on. A reminder that every life has value and every silent battle is worth to be seen and heard. We may not always carry the answers for those who are struggling but we can always offer our presence, and give them hope. Sometimes, being someone’s reason to stay can change a life or even save it.

"𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐎𝐍𝐄"

Ika-1 ng September ipinagdiriwang ng Union Christian College ang Buwan ng Wika at ASEAN na siyang ikinagalak ng mga UCCians. Rumampa sa UCC Gym ang mga miyembro ng iba't ibang Clubs and Organizations suot ang mga tradisyonal na kasuotan mula sa Asya.

Lumahok ang mga estudyante sa mga aktibidad tulad ng ASEAN Cook-off, Tagisan ng Talino, at Chalk Art siyang nagbigay kulay sa buong selebrasyon. Kahit malakas man ang ulan, determinado ang mga UCCians sa mga ganitong aktibidad.

Sa pagtatapos ng selebrasyon, iginawad ang mga sertipiko sa mga nagsipanalo sa naturang mga aktibidad at galak ang maririnig sa buong gym dahil sa mga estudyante para sa kani-kanilang mga departamento na siyang nanalo sa mga aktibidad.
