Chop Suey

Ingredients:

* 500g chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
* 200g chicken liver, sliced
* 1 onion, sliced
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 chicken broth cube
* 2 tbsp oyster sauce
* 1-2,cups water
* 1 sayote, sliced
* 1 carrot, sliced
* 1 cup broccoli florets
* 1 cup cauliflower florets
* 1 cup cabbage, chopped
* 1 bell pepper, sliced
* 8–10 baby corn, sliced
* 10–12 quail eggs, boiled and peeled
* Salt and pepper to taste

Slurry:

* 2 tbsp cornstarch
* ¼ cup water
