One month biglaang PR chase
(Captions in every photos)
From 10KM to 42KM
(Mar 8 42km, Mar 29 10km, Apr 12 21km)
I hit PRs across the board.
But honestly, this wasnโt about speed.
It was about control/discipline.
For the longest time, I used to:
โ Start too fast
โ Chase pace instead of effort
โ Fade in the later stages
This past month, I changed one thing:
I learned how to hold back earlyโฆ so I can finish strong.
Every race, same mindset:
Stay calm. Stay controlled. Trust the plan.
And it worked.
These splits?
Hindi siya puro bilis.
Disiplina siya.
Now Iโm starting something new.
I want to help runners, especially beginners and those preparing for their first races from 5km up to marathon
learn how to train smart, pace properly, and finally enjoy strong finishes.
No shortcuts. No guesswork.
If youโve ever felt like:
โAng lakas ko sanaโฆ pero nauubos ako agadโ
I got you.
Iโll be opening this soon (for few slots only). Stay tuned for more details ๐
Shown below are my splits and best times,
built through control, not just speed.
