Sales and Marketing Specialist
Male
At least 25 years old
Preferably 2-3 year experience specializing in Sales, Field Marketing, Online Marketing and Social Media Marketing
Excellent communication skills
Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries on product specification, pricing, availability, delivery procedures, etc.
Gather customer information; purchase order, product specifications by phone or in person.
Coordinate with clients regarding business presentation, job order, delivery schedule, invoicing, collection, etc.
Ensure that delivery commitments to customers are met.
Maintain good customer relations.
Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and tactfully.
Perform telemarketing to promote company name, products and services to prospective customers.
