The message delivered last Sunday centered on the Story of the Ten Lepers who were healed by Jesus. They were outcasts, hopeless, strangers, offended and oppressed. JESUS instantly gave them healing and expected them to give thanks. Only one returned.
Here are the things to learn about this story:
1. The general ingratitude of mankind
2. People have the faith to be healed but lacks the faith to give thanks
3. We frequently receive requests, but expressions of gratitude are rare.
4. The grateful Samaritan was a hated man.
5. Oftentimes, those we look down upon excel in Godโs virtue.
6. A person who gives thanks to God establishes a relationship with Him.
7. The Samaritan immediately went back to Jesus before going to the priest and sensitively noticed His healing.
Furthermore, it's crucial to recognize the benefits of gratitude: ๐ก๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ, ๐ฏ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฉ๐๐ because he took the time to offer thanks.
Our salvation JESUS is so unique, we can always call Him, find hope in Him. Our diseases can be healed, and our sins can be forgiven.
