Duties

CRM & Listings Management
• Input and maintain accurate property data in the CRM (Reapit)
• Ensure all property listings are up-to-date and consistent across online platforms.
• Coordinate with us to update status changes (new, active, under offer, sold).
• Marketing & brochure Support
• Gather and send property photos and details to our marketing managers for brochures/social media posts
• Assist with creating and updating Word documents, templates, and client proposals.
• Ensure branding and formatting remain consistent across all company materials.
• Compliance & Permits
• Track and manage permits and approvals required for listings and marketing.
• General Administration
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Sales Director, Managing Director, and brokers.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and reports when needed.
• Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role (real estate experience preferred but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
