Key discussion points included:
• Identification of Priority Areas for Improvement:
Stakeholders identified critical focus areas based on data from recent performance metrics, community feedback, and current school challenges. Areas highlighted included student literacy rates, faculty development, infrastructure enhancement, and learner well-being.

• Review of Previous SIP Implementation and Outcomes:
A report on the recent SIP was presented, summarizing achievements, gaps, and lessons learned. It was noted that while some goals were met, areas such as parental involvement and infrastructure remained partially addressed.

Constructive feedback and suggestions were raised by participants, and a collaborative consensus was reached on the core components of the plan. Action items were assigned, and timelines were outlined for planning the School Improvement Plan. Drafting of initial SIP sections assigned to respective team members, scheduling of follow-up meetings for validation and feedback and compilation of required baseline data by the planning committee.
