We are incredibly proud to announce that Vivencio Obias - Kinalansan National High School has won various awards in two consecutive rounds in Academia of International Minds Students Olympiad (AIMSO) S/Y 2024 - 2025.

Ma'am LOU JEAN SALVO - BORABIEN - Master Teacher I of English Department of this institution personally attended the awarding ceremony, representing the English Department - VOKNHS.

The victory is a statement to the hardwork, dedication, and teamwork of our teachers and the academic community.

THE BENEFITS OF SINGING IN A CHOIR:

"Singing in a choir can help improve your vocal technique and overall singing ability. When you sing with others, you learn to blend your voice with theirs, creating a unified sound."

As a member of a singing voices can also help you develop your musical skills, such as reading sheet music, understanding rhythm and timing, and recognizing different musical styles.

It can be a great way to meet new people and make friends. You'll have the opportunity to bond with others who share your passion for music.

Joining in a choir can be a great stress reliever. Singing has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and being part of a choir can provide a sense of community and support.

To be in a group of singers can also provide opportunities for personal growth and development. You'll have the chance to take on new challenges, such as singing solo or learning new musical styles.

Being part of a choir can also provide a sense of accomplishment and pride. When you work together with others to create beautiful music, you'll feel a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Participating in a contest can also be a great way to connect with your community. Many choirs perform at local events and concerts, providing opportunities to connect with others and share your love of music.

Training in a music class with a group can also have physical benefits, such as improving your posture, breathing, and overall physical health.

Finally, singing in a choir can be a fun and enjoyable hobby. When you're part of a choir, you'll have the opportunity to make music with others, learn new skills, and enjoy the camaraderie of being part of a team.

Luckily all of them were experienced and enjoyed by the three teachers - singers of VOKNHS, and an official member of "SANSE" Teachers' Choir during the 4th Congressional District Festival of Talents, kudos to ma'am Rosemarie F. Palmis, sir Pedro Briguel,and sir Ben.
