Hanging of Tarpaulin

On August 13, 2025 at about 2:00 PM, personnel of 2nd PMFC NEPPO under the supervision of PLTCOL EARLY C BITOG, Force Commander conducted hanging of tarpaulin regarding the celebration of International Humanitarian Law Day Annual Commemoration with this year’s theme: Galvanising Commitment to International Humanitarian Law: Challenges and Opportunities in the Asian-Pacific.

Nueva Ecija PPO and 2nd PMFC NEPPO joins the celebration of International Humanitarian Law Month this August, highlighting the Philippines' leadership in promoting and upholding International Humanitarian Law.






On August 7, 2025 the Official Social Media account of 2nd PMFC NEPPO HRAO under the supervision of PLTCOL WARLY C BITOG, Force Commander, posted in social media the International Humanitarian Law Commemoration with the theme “Galvanizing Commitment to International Humanitarian Law: Challenges and Opportunities in the Asia Pacific”.

Distribution of flyers

On February 3, 2025, at 9:55 AM, PSSg Rosieller M Cruz, Investigation/HRAO PNCO conducted dialogue and distribution of flyers regarding 2025 National and Local Elections (NLE) and Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections (BPE), Anti-Terrorism, Human Rights Program, NTF-DPAGS, and Crime Prevention/Public Safety Tips “Anti-Theft with station hotline numbers among the residents of Brgy. Pinili, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.

The said activity aims is to ensure effective and efficient performance in the implementation of peace and order and the public safety of the community.

On January 23, 2025, at about 7:40 AM, PLT ISAIAS G SAPON, JR, CAD PCO, conducted Personnel Information and Continuing Education (PICE) regarding COMELEC Checkpoint Operations Guidelines, Implementation of GUN ban, Human Rights Advisory, and PNP LOI 2005 "Tamang Bihis". The activity was held at 2nd PMFC Headquarters, Bgy. San Juan, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.

On January 7, 2025, at about 1:30 PM, personnel of 2nd PMFC 1st Forward Operation Base San Jose City led by PCMS Jeofrey Balneg , Squad Member, under the supervision of PCPT JETRO L AMENGAN, Platoon Leader conducted Barangay Visitation and Dialogue regarding Crime Prevention, National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), Anti-illegal drugs campaign, Human Rights Advisory with Hon. Justino Ariem, Chairman of Brgy. Porais, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.

Renato G. Vinluan, Chairman of Brgy. Sta. Barbara, Llanera, Nueva Ecija.

Police Information and Continuing Education

On February 22, 2024 at 8:30 AM, PCpl Angelica A Esguerra, HRAO/CAD PNCO disseminated during the conduct of Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) regarding PNP MC No. 2020-060 “Guidelines on the Implementation of Human Rights Recording, Analysis, Information System and Enforcement and LOI 55/07 “PAMANA” PNP Human Rights Development Program, held at 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Brgy San Juan, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. The activity ended with fruitful result.

On February 1, 2024, at 2:31 PM, PCpl Angelica A Esguerra, HRAO/CAD PNCO of 2nd PMFC NEPPO distributed flyers promoting Human Rights and Development Program, anti-criminality tips on illegal drugs, theft, robbery, illegal gambling and laws concerning women and children (R.A 9262, R.A 8353 R.A 7610, RA 11313). This activity aims to raise the awareness of the citizens about the said laws.

On February 1, 2024, at about 8:45 in the morning, PCpl Angelica Esguerra, HRAO/CAD PNCO of 2nd PMFC NEPPO conducted Police Information Continuing Education (PICE) and reiterated the Human Rights Advisory during the conduct of Checkpoint Operation. Further reminded the personnel to promote and protect Human Rights. The activity was held at 2nd Provincial, Mobile Force Company, Brgy San Juan, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.
