Scholarship Alert!
Magandang Araw po sa lahat ng Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) ng SAJELCO!
Isang magandang balita para sa mga magulang na miyembro ng ating kooperatiba dahil may bagong programa ang SAJELCO na “SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM” na kung saan, sampung (10) estudyante na papasok sa kolehiyo ang mabibigyan ng Scholarship hanggang sa sila ay makapagtapos. Layunin po ng ating kooperatiba na makapagbigay ng liwanag hindi lamang sa ating mga tahanan pati na rin sa kinabukasan ng ating mga kabataan na nagnanais makapagtapos ng kolehiyo.
San Jose City Electric Cooperative (SAJELCO) SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
SY 2025 - 2026
Scholarship grantees can enroll in any public or private college, or state university within the Philippines.
WHO CAN APPLY?
* If you are a child of a Member-Consumer-Owner (MCO) of SAJELCO for at least one (1) year and in good standing.
* Must have no relatives who are SAJELCO Regular employees/Officers up to the forth (4th) degree of affinity or consanguinity.
* Only one (1) family member of the MCO shall be allowed to apply for the scholarship
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Incoming First Year college student and a graduate from a public high school
• General Weighted Average grade of not lower than 85%
• Good moral character certified by the school
• Must not be a recipient of any scholarship program from any government or private entity
• All qualifications must be continuously maintained/possessed by the scholar until he/she graduates
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
• Application form
• Letter of Intent stating his/her interest in pursuing a bachelor’s degreee
• Report Card/Form 138 or duly certified copy of Grades 11 & 12
• Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of Parents (not exceeding ₱ 250,000.00 in total) or Indigent Certificate from the Barangay where he/she is a resident
• Certification from the Principal that the applicant has good moral character
• Table of Consanguinity
• Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Office (PSA)
- Kindly submit all your documentary requirements to SAJELCO Membership Services Section. M-F, 8AM-5PM.
PRIVILEGES:
• The scholar may enroll at any state university, any reputable public or private college or university of his/her choice in the Philippines
• ₱ 14,000.00 per year and shall be released per semester of a given academic year in the amount of ₱7,000.00
DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS: June 13, 2025
QUALIFYING EXAM: June 20, 2025
