Kini isip kabahin sa selebrasyon sa Ika-19 nga Kaadlawan Nan Probinsya, diin gipakita sa mga partisipante ang ilang creativity, passion and excellence, sa pagmugna og video nga magpakita sa tanan kalihukan sa kaadlawan, usab sa kultura ug panaghiusa sa tanan Dinagatnon.

Pinaagi sa mga bagtik, ilado ug ekspert sa natad sa Photography nga sila Mr. Dave Franco, Mr. Richard Davide, Mr. Ju Mancia, ug sa Vlogging nga sila Mr. John Michael Marzan, Mr. Jade A. Ajero (Papa James), ug Mr. Nilo V. Demerey, naila ang mga mananaog sa Ika-19th Kaadlawan Nan Probinsya, Festivities through the Lens Photography and Vlogging Contest nga mao ang mosunod;
