please don't look for me. Go look for the same people who made you stop answering me. Laugh with the same ones who fed you doubts about my love. You listened to their voices over mine, so now let them be the ones to comfort you when you feel empty. I showed up, I was there, I was real, but you chose their voices over my loyalty.

If you're in a relationship, protect it..

Set clear boundaries with your friends.

Stop being too touchy. Stop making flirty jokes. And stop hiding behind excuses like "it's just a joke" or "they're like a sibling to me."

Loyalty isn't just about not cheating-it's about being mindful of how your actions affect your partner's peace of mind.

What might seem harmless to you can feel like disrespect or betrayal to the one who loves you.

If you truly value the relationship, then act like it. Don't give your partner a reason to feel insecure or question your loyalty.

MENTAL HEALTH ANG PAGCHICHEAT.

I hope everyone understand that cheating really ruins someone's mental health. Yung tipong di ka naman dati paranoid, controlling, di ka naman overthinker, di ka naman dating magagalitin.

Pero pag naranasan mong maloko, magbabago ka kahit hindi mo sinasadya.

There's nothing more painful than getting played by someone you thought was a nice and genuine person only to find out they're actually the complete opposite.

You saw the good in them, believed in their words, and let your guard down, only to be met with lies, manipulation, gaslighting, and betrayal. They craved attention from anyone who would give it, constantly seeking validation while pretending to be loyal. The worst part? They made you feel like the crazy one while they kept doing the damage behind your back.
