SENATORS FROM THE MINORITY BLOC REMAINED INTACT
The senators from the minority bloc remained intact even though there was a lot of discussion in the plenary hall from Monday to last night. Minority bloc members walked out because of Senator Marcoleta's proposal to amend the senate rules to allow other senators to vote offsite using other online platforms.
Senator Tito Sotto stayed longer in the plenary hall for the parliamentary procedure to call out that the attendance drops below quorum (attendance is not complete), for the proceedings can no longer continue.

Senator Lito Lapid also had his floor wherein he confirmed that he will not leave the minority bloc though he left early at the plenary hall right after the senate session.
