CREAMY MAJA BLANCA 🧑🍳
Ingredients:
1 can APC (Angel)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Evap Milk
2/3 cup any brand Condensed Milk
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 can Cream Style Corn
1 cup Cornstarch
2t Vegetable Oil
1 can Corn Kernels, drained.
PROCESS:
Step 1 Combine APC, evap, water, condensed, coconut milk, creamstyle corn and cornstarch in a heavy bottom pot. Mix well with a spatula or whisk.
Step 2 Bring to a simmer while continuously stirring making sure nothing is sticking at the bottom of the pot. Cook until very thick but still spreadable condisten
Step 3 Brush a serving container with oil.
Pour Maja Blanca mixture and spread evenly. Top with corn kernels and cheese and serve. Enjoy!
