Maricel Balindang is a food manufacturer from Tabaco, Albay who has survived the pandemic by being resilient. 'Huwag sumuko; maging kalmado para makapag-isip ng angkop na paraan sa sitwasyon.' She observes and gets her cues from the market. 'Nakikita ko na yang torones, at dahil mahilig akong mag-experiment, nakagawa ako ng Pili Peanut Roll variant na naging patok sa mga buyers.
