TOM YUM SOUP

Ingredients:❇️

Shrimps
Clams
Lemon Grass
Galangal
Kaffir Lime Leaves
Chili ( optional )
Garlic
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Onions
Fish Sauce/ Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Lime Juice
Evaporated Milk
Tom Yum Paste
Water

TAKOYAKI

❇️Ingredients:

350 grams Shrimps
2 pcs Eggs
1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Soy Sauce
¼ tsp Salt
1 ½ sachet Dashi Powder
1 ½ cup Water
½ cup Carrots ( chopped into small pieces )
½ cup Cabbage ( chopped into small pieces )
½ cup Spring Onion ( chopped into small pieces )

❇️ Toppings :
Japanese Mayo ( you can use any ordinary mayonaise )
Tonkatsu Sauce/ Takoyaki Sauce
Bonito Flakes
Seaweed Powder ( you can also use Nori Sheets, cut into small pieces )

Note:
1. Adjust according to your taste preference.
2. Tako ( octopus) is not available, so I used shrimps instead.
