"Premium Aftersales" comes with all purchases made with Sethan Tech - So this means that we provide full coverage warranty assistance for the whole period of the warranty active with an item.

So everyone is used to the usual 1 year warranty with all shops - Sethan Tech will provide assistance with the whole length of the warranty with the item and not just 1 year. So a great example for this is that most GPUS and Processors come with 3 years warranty and some PSUs with 10 years, Sethan Tech will provide assistance for the whole period and not just the usual 1 Year you see in shops!

"Do premium aftersales end there?"
No! Even after the warranty of an item expires, Sethan Tech provides assistance and options such as discounted repair costs, discounted trade-in program, and free of charge consultation and labor for repairs. Yes - our tradein program extends and connects with our premium aftersales so even if there's nothing wrong with your item and you just want to upgrade we can still assist with this!

So for purchases outside Sethan Tech - We provide an avenue for individuals who receive lacking or insufficient support from their original sources. From warranty specialists and repair agents - Sethan Tech have the tools and personnel to help you out of that hassle and pain you're left with from substandard businesses! - for a price.

Our business model revolves around a specific target market. Second hand items don't have the same warranty terms (Although most of the time we try to extend warranty measures to cover all the items even under our partner resellers) Our business model stands on premium aftersales which covers the whole entirety of the product's warranty and not just 1 or 2 years.
