Our dividend-earning portfolio continues to demonstrate resilience and growth. By focusing on high-conviction assets, we have successfully increased our projected annual passive income heading into 2025.

🔍 Key Comparison: 2024 vs. 2025
The total estimated annual dividends have grown from ₱411,500.00 in 2024 to ₱441,504.74 in 2025—an overall increase of ₱30,004.74.

💰 Yield Analysis (2025)
To measure the efficiency of our working capital, we look at the yield generated by the portion of the portfolio dedicated to income.
Dividend-Earning Capital: ₱7,381,000.00
Total Annual Dividends (2025): ₱441,504.74
Portfolio Dividend Yield: 5.98%

Note on Allocation: This yield calculation is based on the 48.45% of the overall asset allocation that is specifically designated as dividend-earning.

📝 Notable Portfolio Observations
Stocks: The slight decrease in stock dividends is primarily due to the non-declaration of dividends on VLL this period.

Pag-IBIG Fund: The decline in dividends was caused by a mid-year transition from a matured MP2 account to a new one. While dividends are pro-rated, the turnaround time to re-accumulate funds into the new account impacted the annual total.

Digital Banks: Interest rates and totals became negligible as most accounts are currently empty; therefore, these figures were excluded from the 2025 report.

Exemptions: Items with no values (Cash, Crypto, Real Property, etc.) are not considered dividend-earning and are excluded from the yield computation.

i just remembered my mom through these flowers, she is one of my earliest mentors when it comes to personal finance.

all her life until her untimely demise due to illness she paved the way to teach me principles behind
Retirement planning
Estate protection
Discernment in scams.
and everything in between

she also influenced me to do side hustles as well and learn other financial instruments. the precursor of what will become the focus of this page.

now it's on the 3rd year she's gone and i miss her.

COL financial stock portfolio Dividends for 2025 now finalized.
From last year na 37,500.29 PHP
Now ay 35,604.53 PHP lang nakuha ko.
5.06% decrease from last year, pero oks lang naman. since balak ko palaguin lahat ng dividend gains sa XALGMIF, i hope it could increase the yields for 2026 onwards.

Not directly about saving or investing, pero this is how I maximize my spending—both personal expenses and business expenditures.
Malaki rin ang impact nito sa savings at profit margins, especially kung may business ka at sa Shopee or Lazada ka nagso-source ng raw materials—panalo talaga ito.
You earn rebates on purchases, and the best part?
These rebates can be withdrawn via GCash, so may extra spending power ka without extra puhunan.

almost there but i may not be able to beat last years dividend target (too bad VLL no divs)
but it's ok it's part of the process. with only MREIT, MFC and xalgmif for dec 2025 i might lessen the gap
