In every flood, in every storm…
countless dogs are left CHAINED or CAGED..

UNABLE TO ESCAPE,
UNABLE TO SURVIVE.

While we find shelter and safety,
they’re out there...

soaked, scared, and trapped…

waiting for help that may never come.

⚠️ To all pet owners:

If you truly can’t bring them with you,

PLEASE DON’T LEAVE THEM CHAINED OR LOCKED IN CAGES.

Let them go. GIVE THEM A CHANCE.

💔 No dog should die tied up in fear.

They can run.
They can find shelter.
They can save themselves…

IF ONLY WE SET THEM FREE.

ANNOUNCEMENT | According to Memorandum Circular No. 09, s. 2025, classes in all levels (public and private) and work in government offices are suspended due to heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). However, offices whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations under usual working arrangements and render necessary services.

This also follows the authority granted by Malacañan Palace to DILG Philippines Secretary and NDRRMC Vice Chairperson for Disaster Preparedness Jonvic Remulla to declare work and class suspensions during inclement weather and disasters, based on NDRRMC recommendations.

The DILG also clarified that the DepEd Philippines and LGUs may still declare suspensions depending on local conditions.
