Ang dami kong natutunan about sustainability and green living today while touring the showrooms of ARTHALAND
As a homemaker, alam ko kung gaano kahirap (and almost inaccessible) ang mamuhay sustainably.
When we think of a sustainable lifestyle, parang it will take away so much joy and convenience from your life.
But what blew my mind about this developer is how they make green living not just easier and more convenient, but actually elevated. They make it the core of your lifestyle by integrating sustainability in how they design their homes and units. You don’t have to constantly think about how to live sustainably because the home itself is designed to make those choices easier.
Their developments pursue internationally recognized certifications including LEED, WELL, EDGE, and BERDE, with additional ratings such as WELL Health-Safety Rating and Advancing Net Zero Philippines. And these aren’t easy or cheap certifications to attain. They require serious intention, design, engineering, and investment.
Ang wild isipin na dati parang dream lang to have these kinds of sustainable options pero now, they’re being made possible for Filipino homeowners.
