I'm currently a one-man team, home-based online bakeshop - from doing the grocery, to baking, to packing, to washing the dishes, and of course to marketing my kids - it's all me. Bald Baker has been a long time personal dream, so please expect everything that comes out of my kitchen to be filled with all the love and passion that I have for the art of baking. The cookies I offer were developed th

rough several test bakes to achieve the soft, chewy, and “bordering on underbaked” texture that I personally LOVE. I opt for high quality ingredients, as well as making a conscious effort to inject locally sourced goods into my recipes whenever possible. Apart from baking, I’m also venturing into my newly found passion for food photography, using my Instagram and blog as an experimental playground. So again, thank you for dropping by, and I hope that you guys get to try our my cookies and enjoy going through the blog entries.

Greek yogurt’s one of the easiest (and cheapest) things to make at home. Here’s a detailed video on how to make it.

Ingredients:
2 Liters UHT Milk
100g unflavored yogurt
Optional: 80-110g sweetener (condensed milk, sugar, or sugar alternatives)

Tip: Be sure to put away 100g of your freshly made yogurt for your next batch so you don’t have to keep buying yogurt. Keep this in the fridge or the freezer.

If i’m being completely honest, I was a little disappointed in myself this year. I wasn’t able to hit my body goals this year, and I feel like I gained a little weight.

But I guess, i’m just thankful I was able to keep the weight off. This coming 2026, i promise to be more disciplined and be more serious.

Health comes first. Always.

OMG guys! What is this sorcery?!

Embutido Wellingtons! Super meaty and flavorful! Loved the pastry that was wrapped around the embutido. It gave the embutido a nice and very welcomed crunch. 💙
