‎From balancing the books with precision to contributing insightful ideas in every discussion, Maerell embodies dedication and commitment in her role. She is more than just a treasurer, she is a vital pillar of the entire student council, ensuring that our initiatives are not only well-planned but also financially sustainable and transparent. Her hard work behind the scenes is what makes so many of our campus activities and projects possible! But beyond the titles and responsibilities, Maerell is a radiant and joyful person whose positive energy brightens the room. The Davao del Sur State College – Santa Cruz Extension Campus Local Student Council is humbly reaching out for support for 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 “𝙀𝙡𝙡𝙖” 𝘼𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙣, a student of DSSC, whose family was recently affected by a house fire in Melilia, Tuban, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.

We are now accepting any form of donations to help Ella and her family recover from this unfortunate event.

A 7.6 magnitude earthquake recently hit us. Preparedness saves lives. Know what to do before, during, and after the ground shakes.

🟡 SA WALA PA MAGLINOG (Before it happens)
1️⃣ Mag-andam ug emergency kit — tubig, pagkaon, flashlight, first aid kit, pito (whistle), ug importante nga papeles.
2️⃣ Ihibalo ang pinakaluwas nga lugar sa balay o eskwelahan.
3️⃣ Magplano ang pamilya kung asa magkita kung magkabuwag.

🔵 SAMTANG NAGLINOG (During the quake)
1️⃣ DUCK, COVER, and HOLD!
2️⃣ Ayaw dagan gawas samtang nag-uyog pa.
3️⃣ Layo sa bintana ug mga butang nga dali matumba.
4️⃣ Kung naa sa gawas, palayo sa building ug poste.
5️⃣ Kung nagmaneho, hunong sa luwas nga dapit.

🔴 HUMAN SA LINOG (After the quake)
1️⃣ Pagawas ug hinay-hinay kung luwas na.
2️⃣ Tan-awa kung naay nasamdan ug tabangi sila.
3️⃣ Pahawa dayon ang gas o kuryente kung naa kay nadungog nga tagas.
4️⃣ Paminaw sa mga pahibalo sa radyo o cellphone.
5️⃣ Andam sa aftershocks — ug ayaw kalimot mag-ampo.
6️⃣ Magtinabangay sa panahon sa kalisod.

Huge credits and heartfelt thanks to every committee who made this possible: LSC, Logistics, Sports, Technical, Multimedia, Academics, Sociocultural, Highlights, Production, and SCEMRT. Your hard work, dedication, and grit kept everything running though not smoothly but consistently from, start to finish.
