Recipe

Ingredients
Batter
1 and 1/2 cup cake flour
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup fresh milk or evap milk or water

Meringue
1/2 cup egg whites or 4 egg whites Large
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/4 cup white sugar

Fillings/Toppings (optional):
cheese and salted egg

I used 8x3 pan with parchment paper
Steam in low heat, 50 minutes until done. Do the stick test.
