Actor-TV host is set to file a complaint against director in connection with Yap's upcoming film about the late actress .

The complaint will be filed at the Muntinlupa City Regional Trial Court on January 9, according to Sotto's legal counsel.

The issue stems from the viral and controversial teaser of 'The R@pists of Pepsi Paloma', where a character based on the late actress Charito Solis (played by Gina Alajar) asks Pepsi (Rhed Bustamante): "Did you r@pe by Vic Sotto?!” Pepsi's character responds with a shouting “Yes!”
