The study revealed that anxiety in public speaking could be mitigated through structured preparation and practice, ultimately enhancing students' confidence and performance. This achievement reflects the commitment of PUPians to academic excellence and highlights the importance of addressing challenges in public speaking to improve educational outcomes.
