After shin splint, IT band naman. Di na natapos 😥 pano pa mag training for upcoming 1st marathon ko sa August 9? 😥 Mairaos lang talaga BM focus na sa strengthening at proper training. Sakit 💔

Nagising ng maaga, nag FB, nainggit sa mga running event post, nag stretching, warm up para mag jogging, yung palabas na ng bahay umulan ng malakas 😅 pang 2nd week ko ng walang event gigil na 😆

Sharing my very first Half Marathon attempt back on March 19, 2026. 🏃❤️

Naalala ko, pinilit ko lang talaga to. Halos mamatay-matay ako sa hirap hahaha, pinilit ko lang talaga tapusin to at pride na lang talaga ang bumuhat sakin dito. 😅

Kaya gusto kong i-share to para ipaalala sa lahat lalo sa mga nagsisimula palang na kung kinaya ko, kaya nyo rin.

Hindi kailangan maging mabilis. Hindi kailangan maging magaling agad. Ang mahalaga, unti-unti kang umaangat, nagtitiwala sa process, at higit sa lahat, nag-e-enjoy sa bawat takbo. Yun lang 😉
