The Philippine High-Speed New Materials Company Inc. in partnership with the China-based company the Racal Holding Corporation (RHC) starts building its AAC Blocks manufacturing plant at #470 Viola Highway in Barangay Maronquillo, San Rafael, Bulacan on Friday, Dec. 27.
During the groundbreaking ceremony, RHC Builders Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jonito Racal said the facility needs 400 workers.
He said the Philippine High-Speed New Materials Company Inc. is the first in Luzon and the largest "AAC Blocks" manufacturer known for strong, lightweight, and cost-efficient construction materials.
Mayor Mark Cholo Violago the guest of honor thanked the Racal family because they have chosen San Rafael to build their various establishments although they are residing in the Sixth District of Bulacan.
"Magandang panimula ito sa mga walang hanapbuhay dahil magkakaroon na sila ng trabaho, regalo sa kanila sa pagsalubong ng Bagong Taon 2025. Magiging maligaya at masagana ang kanilang buhay," (This is a good start for the unemployed because they will have a job, a gift for them in welcoming the New Year 2025. Their lives will be happy and prosperous)," Violago said.
Jad Racal also an RHC executive whose eyes are set on being the representative of the Sixth District of Bulacan echoed Mayor Violago's statement. He said the innovation is truly good news for the Bulakenyo job seekers because they need not go to distant places anymore.
Jad said the six-hectare company will be operational in March and prioritize Bulakenyos as a manufacturing worker. "If they don't know this job and don't know how to operate the machines we will teach them. My dad and I, have a dream to give jobs to all unemployed people in the province," he said.
Jad also said this is just the beginning because in the second quarter of the year, in April, another company will have a groundbreaking to completely build the 800 warehouses on their 120 hectares by the year 2025 where they need 20 thousand workers.
