✅Filipino citizen, and Filipino passport holder only
✅Graduate of either a 2-year diploma course or has a College degree
✅Medically cleared for flight duties, with no issues related to respiratory, circulatory, ear, nose, throat, eye, or spine functions.
✅Minimum height: 158 cm (5’1.8”) without shoes
✅Minimum arm reach: 210 cm (8’26”) without shoes
✅Eye sight: 1.0 (20/20) and over, natural color, no eyeglasses (clear contact lens are allowed)
✅Hair color: natural (no dye)
✅No tattoo (visible and covered are not allowed)
✅No dental braces
✅Fluent in English language; knowledge of Japanese language is an advantage
✅Pleasant personality with positive work attitude; no criminal record

Applicants who pass the initial interviews will receive an email notification and will be required to submit a Medical Certificate from any DOH accredited testing center for local employment for the following pre-employment medical examinations (PEME):

a. Medical History and Complete Physical Examination
b. Complete Blood Count with Platelet Count
c. ABO and Rh Typing
d. Routine Urinalysis
e. Routine Stool Examination
f. Chest X-ray (11 x 14 plate size)
g. Visual Acuity (Far and Near Vision) / Color Perception
h. Audiometry (Pure Tone -Air Conduction)
i. Dental Examination
j. Serum Pregnancy Test (for female applicants)
k. 12-Lead ECG
l. Drug Test (THC/MET)
m. RPR and/or TPHA (VDRL)

𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘:
