Released just two years before the EDSA People Power in 1986, Director Haring Ibon alongside KAPATID produced a documentary film that ventures the endeavors of Filipino political prisoners during the height of Marcos regime.

The film follows the lives of three activist in Cagayan Valley, each persecuted by the government for their advocacy.

Inihahandog ng Kagawaran ng Filipinolohiya (KF) at University Center for Culture and the Arts (UCCA) ang 𝘽𝙄𝙉𝙄𝙎𝘼𝙔𝘼 𝙎𝘼 𝙋𝙐𝙋 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

Nakaugat ang mga programa ng Binisaya Film Festival sa hindi matatawarang dedikasyon nito sa awtentisidad, identidad, at kalayaan sa pagkatha—lumilikha sa isang natatanging masiglang sinematik na komunidad na humihigit sa nakasanayan na.

Kaya halina't sama-sama nating panoorin ang mga natatanging Binisaya Films ngayong darating na Oktubre 29 (Miyerkoles) at 30 (Huwebes) sa PUP Bulwagang Bonifacio, Ninoy Aquino Library and Learning Resource Center (NALLRC).

Itinatag ang 𝑲𝑰𝑺𝑳𝑨𝑷 upang maging daluyan ng malikhaing produksiyon, kritikal na pagninilay, at kolektibong pagkilos ng mga estudyante sa larang ng pelikula.🎥🎬
