In my recent job search, Iโve come across a common theme in the feedback I receiveโmany roles are looking for candidates with full end-to-end loan processing experience.

Iโve been working as a Remote Mortgage Admin supporting Australian brokers for the past 2 years, with over 6 years of background in the U.S. mortgage and underwriting space. Iโm confident in handling tasks like lodgements, pricing, valuations, compliance checks, and client follow-upsโand I love helping brokers focus on their clients by taking care of the back-end work.
What Iโm looking for now is the opportunity to deepen my experience, especially in managing the full loan process from start to finish. I know the value of that skillset, and Iโm ready to put in the work to get there.
