Iloilo’s Top 4 Most Wanted Arrested in Janiuay

Janiuay, Iloilo – With the relentless campaign of Iloilo Police Provincial Office to put wanted persons behind bars, elements of Janiuay Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested the province’s top 4 most wanted person (MWP) for the crime of R**e by Carnal Knowledge at around 8:02 PM of July 10, 2025 at Brgy. San Julian, Janiuay, Iloilo.

The accused, alias Frexis, 22 years old, jobless, and a resident of Brgy. Kuyot, Janiuay, Iloilo, was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest with no bail bond recommended. He is also tagged as Top 2 MWP for Municipal Level.

The operation was jointly conducted by Provincial Special Operations Group Team 2, Regional Intelligence Unit - Provincial Intelligence Team, and 603rd Company, RMFB6.

POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL JOSEFINO D LIGAN, Western Visayas top cop lauded all the operatives involved in the said arrest.

“I commend our operating units for the successful arrest of the province’s top most wanted person. This accomplishment reflects the relentless efforts, seamless coordination, and unwavering dedication of our personnel and partner agencies. It sends a clear and powerful message to all criminals and fugitives—that justice will prevail, and the law will eventually catch up with you. PRO6, together with our committed partners, will continue to work tirelessly to ensure the safety and security of our communities,” said PBGEN LIGAN.

Presently, the arrested person is under the custody of Janiuay MPS for proper disposition of his case.
